The Preclinical Laboratory at Kermanshah University of
Medical Sciences is one of the advanced research centers in western Iran,
established to promote research based on imaging physics.

developed by Iranian knowledge-based companies. Its main sections include:
- Micro-PET (Xtrime PET): High-precision molecular imaging
- Micro-SPECT (HiReSPECT): Functional imaging of organs
- FluoVision: Two-dimensional optical imaging
- Micro-CT (Lotus-InVivo): High-resolution structural imaging
